Before you call anyone, look at three things. First, the gap between the roller and the track on both sides, stand it open and check if one side has visibly more play than the other. Second, the brackets where the track meets the wall above the opening, look for a gap between the bracket and the framing, or a bolt head that's backed out and sitting proud. Third, listen to the last few feet of travel before the door seats on the floor. A grinding or catching sound right at the bottom is usually a roller failing at that exact point in the track, not a spring problem.
Don't try to force the door back onto the rail by hand while it's under spring tension, that's how a track section gets bent worse or a cable jumps. If the door is a double door and it's come off on one side while a torsion spring is still loaded, leave it where it is until someone can look at it. That's the one thing worth being blunt about: a door that's off track and still under tension is not a homeowner fix, no matter how simple it looks.
