Areas We Serve

Celina plus the towns and neighborhoods listed below. Don't see yours? Call anyway and ask.

What We Do Not Take On

We work on residential garage doors and the equipment attached to them: springs, cables, tracks, rollers, openers, and panels. We don't do commercial roll-up doors, gate systems, or fencing, and we're not a general handyman service, so if the call is about a fence gate or a warehouse bay door, we'll tell you that up front instead of taking the job and figuring it out later.

We also won't quote a repair over the phone sight unseen when the door is a total loss. Given that most homes in this service area were built between 1982 and 2015 with a median build year around 2003, we see a lot of doors that are still original to the house. Some of those are worth fixing. Some aren't, and once a torsion spring has taken out a cable and bent a track on the way down, replacement is usually the honest answer, not another patch.

We don't stock every part for every door on day one either. If a job needs a part that isn't common to the 2000s-era stock we see most, we'll tell you the lead time instead of guessing.

What We Are Called Out For

Most calls are springs, openers that won't respond, and doors that have come off track. Cold snaps here are moderate rather than extreme, but a stretch of freezing mornings still stiffens up lubricant on older rollers and hardware, and that's usually when a spring that was already worn finally lets go.

With 26,698 owner-occupied houses across roughly 37,334 households in this service area, and most of that stock dating to the 2000s building boom, the openers and torsion systems we see are largely from the same era, which means parts and failure patterns tend to repeat from house to house rather than being one-off.

We also get calls from homeowners in the smaller towns nearby, Gunter, Weston, Pilot Point, Aubrey, and out toward Melissa or Van Alstyne, where the housing stock runs similar and the same springs and openers show up. If you're closer to one of those towns than to Celina proper, mention it when you call so we can plan the drive.

How to Reach Us

Call or text (469) 796-3187. Tell us what the door is doing, won't open, opens partway, made a bang and quit, and we'll ask a couple of follow-up questions before we come out, so the truck that shows up has the right springs and hardware on it.

Our address is 3600 Louisiana Dr, Celina, TX 75009. That's not a walk-in retail counter; it's where the trucks run from, so calling ahead is the way to get on the schedule rather than dropping by.

Contact FAQs

Do you serve towns outside Celina?

Yes. We get regular calls from Gunter, Weston, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Paloma Creek, and other towns within roughly 15 miles of Celina. Mention your town when you call so we can factor drive time into the schedule.

Can I get a repair estimate over the phone?

We can give you a rough idea based on what you describe, but a firm price needs someone looking at the spring size, track condition, and opener model in person. Sight-unseen quotes on a bent track or a dead opener are usually wrong in one direction or the other.

What if my garage door is original to the house?

A lot of homes in this area were built between 1982 and 2015, so plenty of original doors and openers are still in service. Some are fine with a spring swap or roller replacement. If the door itself is failing structurally, we'll say so instead of patching it repeatedly.

Do you work on commercial doors?

No. We stick to residential garage doors, springs, cables, tracks, openers, and panels on houses. We don't take on warehouse roll-up doors, gate systems, or commercial storefront doors.
